How long are the hoses on the trucks?
We carry roughly 40m of hose on our trucks but can bring extra hoses if needed.
How can I pay my invoice?
There are multiple options in regards to payment. You can pay via bank transfer, cash or cheque on the day to the driver or credit card over the phone. We require payment at close of business.
Do you have a smaller truck? what are the measurements and weight?
We have multiple size trucks. Depending on the litres your septic tank holds we may be able to bring our smallest truck which is 2.2m Height, 2.5m width and 8m long. Not all septic tanks can be pumped out by our smallest truck as it only has a capacity of 3,000L.
